Ah, that's a variant I do not have yet. It is possible it's a bred-only. We may have to do an official experiment to find out. I think with this many variants, it may take more plants to make certain, however.
Yay, chives!

Yes Jedi, that is the blue one
-
-
Sorry, looked blue to me
-
Ahh guess I am missing that one as well as the bread one. -
Actually, now I think this might have been meant as white blossoms, only white usually looks a bit bluish (like the white rose or Christmas cactus).
-
Either way I still don't have it or the bread one.
-
Eh hi sorry it seems like I haven't been here for a long while...I like those chives and (a belated) thanks to whomever contributed Those are beautiful!
Have anyone got all avriants of chives already? Or do we need a new experiment to see if any is breed-only? -

Actually it should be a white variant. I tried light greens but white Blossoms are very difficult. I'll try to do better next time!
Eigentlich soll das eine weiße Variante sein. Ich habe es mit hellen Grüntönen versucht aber weiße Blüten sind sehr schwer. Ich versuche es das nächste Mal besser hinzubekommen!

Exterminans once said that they try to avoid white flowers, because they're difficult to discern on the white background. It isn't your fault; it's the nature of things.
Alia, we'll probably have to do an experiment at some point soon, to make certain. I think you might be right, though.

I now have all of the chives but this one. Will see if I can breed it later today. -
Jedi, you have the toasted bread one, then? Is the bread one you have bred, or parentless?
I've been getting wild seeds, and have all four of the others, but not yet either the blue one or the bred one. I'm thinking that if no one else starts one by mid next week, I'm going to start a chives experiment, and ask people to post all their parentless chives seeds/sprouts/adults. That way we'll have a better-for-sure idea about it.

Yep that I do. it is a bred one for sure and I bred it myself. -
I find it quite amusing that you bred the bread.

Yes, I found that pun amusing, too. -

Hm? It's a bread? I have been wondering how I should call it..but never thought of a bread.

It's a slice of dark rye bread with butter and chieves.
Rye bread is more common in Middle Europe than white wheat bread ... it's tastier... and healthier... and more substantial. -
