These are so cute, I grow chives in my garden, pretty purple flowers and you can eat them too, sweet herbs ^l^

The blossoms are a little more sharp/hot? Don't know the right word at the moment.
They are tasty and look good in salad.Die Blüten sind etwas schärfer. Und sehen sehr schick in Salaten aus.
-
@Anari I think you mean pointed, the blossoms are pointed before they bloom?
-
I think she meant the taste. Hot (or spicy) would be the right word.
In my experience the blossoms are always more intense in taste than the herb.Waiting for my Marvel ferns to sprout, so I can grab some chives.

I actually haven't gotten one yet (I'm still breeding my Marvels), but when I saw the news, I got excited, because I love chives!
-
I have 3 different plants of chives and still a question mark, oooooo fun
-
At least 4 variants? Cool!
Most years we grow chives in our backyard. We don't have them this year because of the drought, but I love adding fresh chives to our salads.

For some reason, I have no option of breeding my grown chives. Anyone else has this problem?
-
I don't have the breed option either.
