Thanks for the new plant, Nisha! I can't wait to get it - I have to wait until my Marvels all grow up! What does the seed look like?
Potatoes, potatoes; everyone loves potatoes!
Alia: Well, yes, it's a tuber but it makes it easier to have a system in a game where the growing pattern is: seed - seedling - mature plant. It goes with some other sites that have magical creatures like Magistream, World of Umbria and Dragon Cave. The system goes as egg - hatchling - adult. And that is even with creatures that are supposed to give birth alive such as unicorns, dogs and etc.
Yeah potatoesssssssssss!
Actually, both terms are correct, when you are ordering potatoes to plant, they are called 'seed potatoes' they come as a tuber with many 'eyes' and they usually are cut according to the number of eyes on the seed potatoes, you usually don't plant an ordinary potato
Oh man, I used to love picking grown potatoes when I was a child. Actually, I might still like it, but we haven't planted any potatoes for over a decade. Though once I did find an old, soft and very wrinkled potato in my cupboard that had buds on it. I planted it just for kicks and got four potatoes bigger than my fist in autumn.
I wonder if we'll get variants with these.
We could. When I was younger, I used to visit my family in the countryside and saw a lot of potato fields - and blooming potatoes had flowers of different colours - some white, some more purple.
Thanks for showing me what it looks like, Alia!
I wonder if we will get sweet potatoes as a variant. That would be really neat!

Sweet potatoes and potatoes do not belong to the same family. They are only distantly related.
With the potatoes, tomatoes and pumpkins we really could need a veggie garden area now. What about carrots and cucumbers?
or a baked one as a variant.

Oh, I know - just seems like it could go together for the game. And I wholehearted agree - we do need a veggie patch!
or a baked one as a variant.
Well, now, that would certainly be different!

I know right. Have a pat of butter on it and some waves of heat where it was cut open..

Don't forget Siberian peppers and zucchini, they are also vegetables - and so is sorrel (at least it is eaten as one over here).
We need corn as well.
And peas. Maybe sweet peas as well, for all the colour variations.
Lettuce and cabbage?

Ah yes, totally forgot we had those.
Lettuce and cabbage?
For cabbage how about the flowering cabbage? It comes in many colours and looks really nice.
Other veggies: Sweet peppers, rubarb.

Sounds good to me. How about green and wax beans and eggplant?
Broccoli would also look good with the cauliflower.
I grew them once, expecting them to look like the ones you get at the grocery store. When they turned out much smaller, I wasn't quite sure if they were alright or not!
