I just counted and I have 47 different plants in my Compendium. I have been wondering if I was missing one or not. Not one variant, but a whole plant. Does anyone know how many plants there are available total? I'm counting all the holiday ones too. Everything.

Looking at your garden, it seems you are missing only the newest plant in the garden, the Christmas rose (Helleborus).

The counting is correct. There are 48 different species and a total of 146 variations as i write this text.

Thank you, everyone! It's good to know I do have them all - I knew I didn't have the Christmas rose yet. I was waiting for after I got all the seasonal things out of the way since they did say that would be all year.
48 is a lot!!!

You're probably missing some event plants (or not plants) - you joined the game pretty recently, didn't you? You can always check the thread mentioned by blobber.

Yep - started right after marvel ferns - but have been gifted some special things - so you're right I should make an inventory - and then start working on getting rid of all those question marks lol

Yes, definitely. You can have multiples of any variety of any breed, and have every variety of every breed in your garden. You might want to look at the gardens of a few people who have been in the game for a long time (the number of months one has been a forum member is NOT always an indication of how long someone has been playing the game, but at least it gives a minimum), and see what varieties those people have. It will give you a better idea.
