Jedi:
Congrats on that alternate colour ! I must deny this little Katy the entrance to our gathering, though, because she has two loving parents.

What a leap ! Huzzah to you guys for collecting so many new seeds !

Wow indeed ! Just look - it's the Flaming Dozen ! Thanks for showing them all !

Here are the parentless adults from my garden:

Wow. I didn't expect it to be filled so fast. So, have we got enough specimen?
-
Shelybear:
Being able to accept grown ones does help a lot.
Since there is only one parentless version, 50+ specimen should suffice. (As it was with the Hemp and the Christmas Rose.) At least that's what I think. If we should reach a certain number above that, just let me know, and I'll keep going. -
Hmmm I think 50 is enough. Although more would be welcomed, as long as you want.
Thank you so much, ChevalierDeLis, for doing this one, I'll link it to my original post (when I have more time).
And again, may I trouble you once more? Could you start the next one as well? It should be Hyacinth, as Fuchsia seems to have 3 parentless variants.(Or if anyone else is interested, you're welcome to do it!)
I'm currently busy sorting all my stuffs out and preparing to fly back to my home country.
Forget that. Let's leave some time for marvel ferns. -

@topic:
With all submitted flowers grown up I'll close the experiment now. Since none of the parentless adults turned into variant 2 or 3, those should be considered "bred only". Wiki confirmed.
Of course - if you ever get another variant from a wild seed, please let Shelybear know !With this, the Gathering of the Flaming Katys comes to an end. The ladies enjoyed it very much and wish to thank everyone who helped making this a great event.
Shelybear:
When you find the time you could add the outcome to the list in your experiment post. -
Thanks for reminder! I've added the result into my thread and linked it to here. Wiki has also been edited accordingly.
