I expect to see it over the Labor Day weekend (next weekend, for those not in the US) or even the weekend after that. It'll be wonderful no matter when it is.

Yay, I´m back from Siberia. I´m glag I didn´t miss the event. I hope it starts soon.

Gibt es denn schon eine neue Abschätzung, wann es soweit sein könnte?

Dann hier einmal eine kleine Sache, da mir es bei anderen auch schon aufgefallen war und ich auch dran bin: Es ist September, in ungefähr zwei Monaten ist Halloween, wo wir unsere Kürbisse kreuzen können um Schreckenskürbisse zu bekommen. Es kann sich also lohnen, wenn man nichts anderes bestimmtes hat, ein paar Kürbisse nebenher zu ziehen, damit man genug hat, um eine gewünschte Zahl an den besonderen Kürbissen zu bekommen.

Additional information: It will be Halloween in about two months, so it can not hurt to get some additional pumpkins in the meantime, if you have nothing specific to grow, to have more chances to get the special pumpkin, when the time comes.

I'm not so much impatient as curious. I just know that the minute I fill up my flowerpots, Murphy's Law will kick in and the event will launch. Then I'll be caught with my slots full, and I hate abandoning plants. So if we had a time frame, we could plan when to have our pots empty. I think the place is deserted because everyone just jumps on to see if the event has started or there's been an announcement, then goes away and waits some more with empty pots and no reason to play games or do anything.

I hate abandoning plants, because I just know that the ones I abandon will be the colors I don't have already. I give away all my duplicates (except those needed for holiday plants) in the giveaway thread. So I don't hate giving away plants I don't want, I just hate dumping plants I might want once they're grown up while they're still seeds because I need the pot space for event plants.

I hope, that the help arrived in time, and event`ll start soon! I would want to help too, but am still not good in 2D and 3D programs yet:P
