Marvel Ferns!

Marvel Ferns are out !
-
Suddenly I saw a question mark in my compendium, there is a new chanterelle, how exciting!
-
That IS exciting. Anyone who gets one, please show me so that I can put it in the wiki. Just dumped a few marvels to accommodate them !
-
I caught a Chanterelle from the WG, and then bred one to see if it can be a bred one. Got two chances.....
-
Me too - bred one and caught - three now, I think.
-
Hey there. I finally managed to get a new computer after mine got nuked by the twin hurricanes in late 2024. I tried for a while to play on the phone, but it wasn't working for me. I see I'm just in time for the Marvel Ferns. I also snagged a couple Chanterelles and will contribute to the knowledge I gain from them.
-
I have two bred ones and two from WG growing, let's see how they turn out.
-
Oh shoot, I bred Marvel Ferns before coming here. I'll have to remember to get a couple Chanterelles next time. Thanks for the heads up, can't wait to see what they look like!
-
All four of them, bred and from the garden, turned into the new variety, you can see them in my signature. And I don't have a question mark in my compendium anymore.
-
Ooh yes - my first two have grown up new, too - both from the garden.
-
Does anyone have an orange marvel fern from the garden?
-
That one ? Yes.
Wait - that isn't the one you mean, as you have several of those from the garden..
-
You mean the yellow ones?
-
Can you look in the wiki and say which number you mean ?
-
I mean 7, this one
Later in this thread there was info that its possible to get it from garden...
-
Oh - OK... ALL mine are bred ! and the wiki says:
QuoteVariant 7 used to be available from the Wild Garden, but apparently isn't any more.
-
Thank you a lot, fuzzbucket!
Hope I'll be lucky this year
-
It seems they AREN'T in the garden any more - so if you get one, do tell, and I'll update the wiki.

I passed one a couple of times whilst hunting for cosmos seeds. Just the two sightings in about maybe a dozen refreshes.
