Bellflowers have a new ? in the compendium. They are breedable and I did find one parentless seed in the wild garden. Happy hunting!

The Wiki is fully community managed so it's up to you. But yes it is a seasonal plant that will be available during certain times. The plan is to hopefully add more of this seasonal plants.
