Took 3 days, but finally found all of them.
Well i only looked for a few hours each day to be fair, but not an easy task this year.
There are more pages to search and last year the same page was never used twice. At least not that i remember.
This could be an all week challenge in the coming years at the rate things keep growing.

New drop just happened it seems. I found a few.

Here is the way I use it. If I have 3 seeds and 3 sprouts that all need a drop or less for be at full water, then the rain makes it easy to play two quick mini-games and be done. In order to make those 6 drops with the can, I would have to empty the watering can (5 drops), fill it, and then use a drop out of it. Then, if I felt like it, refill the can again so it is all the way full. In either case I am playing 2 minigames one just requires not having to click on 6 plants individually. It's more a matter of time and preference.

It is all about timing. When we all have 3 seeds then there is time for them to amass in the wild garden. When we are all looking for them, they get snatched up as soon as they spawn.

Guess we better start making trips to the blood bank to keep our little Audrey 2s happy and growing. I don't have any local dentists that wouldn't be missed.
She hasn't sucked the life out of any of my other plants yet either so here's hoping she is a little friendlier than her namesake was.

I am sure tht they are probably generated hourly. But if there are 200 seeds in the wild garden then it could take a while for them to show if they are randomly selected. And then there is always the problem of someone seeing them before you do. Hang in there they will pop up. I managed one of each in about an hour of hunting.

Wheel mouse not set to double click.
Running Ubuntu 10.10 and Firefox 3.6.23, but I do have Snap Links add-on running, so it must just be a combination of all of that. Hopefully I just have a weird configuration and am the only one this can happen to.

I thank the Admins (fkrauthan) for the quick response and forethought into having a confirmation for abandonment. You are making a great game.
No developer can test every users custom configuration, but this group is doing a great job. (And I did software testing for several years)
I also want to thank the rest of you for your help and the return of my Jack. This is a great community and fun people to play the game with.

Ubuntu 10.10 und Firefox am 3.6.23 führend, aber habe ich wirklich das Schnellverbindungserweiterungslaufen, so muss es gerade eine Kombination von allem davon sein. Hoffentlich habe ich gerade eine unheimliche Konfiguration und bin die nur ein, damit das geschehen kann.

Ich bedanke mich beim Admins (fkrauthan) für die schnelle Antwort und Vorbedacht darin, eine Bestätigung für das Aufgeben zu haben. Sie machen ein großes Spiel.
Kein Entwickler kann jede Benutzergewohnheitskonfiguration prüfen, aber diese Gruppe tut einen großen Job. (Und ich tat die Softwareprüfung seit mehreren Jahren)
Ich will mich auch bei der Ruhe von Ihnen für Ihre Hilfe und die Rückkehr meines Jacks bedanken. Das ist eine große Gemeinschaft und lustige Leute, um das Spiel damit zu spielen.

Unfortunately for some reason it didn't pop up. At least not with Firefox. I'll go and check my settings, but some how I never got any form of a confirmation before it abandoned the plant.

And there is no way of ever getting it back again is there?

Tested it with a common plant that I can get more of. Here seems to be the issue. If you do a normal click then yes the confirmation box does come up. If you click on abandon with the wheel on the mouse it auto abandons with no confirmation box. Like I said, I knew the mouse needed cleaning just hadn't done it yet.

My own fault. The wheel on my mouse is getting stiff and I accidentally clicked with it and one of my Jack-o-Lanterns from last year was abandoned. I would really like for there to be a confirmation page asking me if I am sure I wish to abandon the plant before it does it.
If there is such a page already in place then somehow by clicking with the wheel it bypassed the page.

Just a friendly suggestion. And I did a search for this topic in the forum, but didn't find it. Hopefully this is the first time this has happened. At least I can keep the plant in my signature for now.

Meine eigene Schuld. Das Rad auf meiner Maus wird steif, und ich klickte zufällig damit, und einer meiner Jack-o-Lanterns vom letzten Jahr wurde aufgegeben. Ich möchte für dort wirklich eine Bestätigungsseite sein, die mich fragt, wenn ich sicher bin, dass ich das Werk aufgeben mag, bevor es es tut.
Wenn es solch eine Seite bereits im Platz dann irgendwie gibt, mit dem Rad klickend, umging es die Seite.

Gerade ein freundlicher Vorschlag. Und ich tat eine Suche nach diesem Thema im Forum, aber fand es nicht. Hoffentlich ist das das erste Mal, als das geschehen ist. Mindestens kann ich das Werk in meiner Unterschrift für jetzt behalten.

I understand the confusion. It took me a bit to figure it out. Once I saw who was in bold I figured it out. It was probably one of those translation issues we run into. Buddies, friends, pals, you know how the translators seem to work.

Advertisements and Donations are always good sources of finance. As long as the advertisements are not intrusive/mandatory clicking.

Special Flowers is a slippery slope and has caused the desertions of sites like this by players who can never buy them for one reason or another. It makes the game feel like it is pay to play, or makes elite clichés that only lead to problems.

However, being able to buy items which only make flowers grow quicker, while may make some people complain, does not take away the ability for players to still get the flowers they want. It just takes longer for those who can't buy these items. So fertiliser is an ok idea.
As for the Ink Pot. Don't see any down side here either. The player would have to grow the flower in the first place anyway. It just means they don't have to spend 2 months trying for that last tulip colour. I would say no to the Ink Pot working on the rare/seasonal flowers. That or there be one specifically for those flowers that costs a lot more.

Just my opinion though, it is still up to the administrators to decide what kind of a game they want this to become.

Es bedeutet gerade, dass sie 2 Monate nicht ausgeben müssen, die sich um diese letzte Tulpe-Farbe bemühen. Ich würde nicht dem Tintentopf sagen, der an den seltenen/jahreszeitlichen Blumen arbeitet. Das oder dort derjenige spezifisch für jene Blumen sein, der viel mehr kostet.

Gerade meine Meinung obwohl, das ist noch bis zu den Verwaltern, um zu entscheiden, welches Spiel sie wollen, dass das wird.

While I have not gotten it to force me to shuffle twice in a row (yet), I have gotten shuffle, 1 move, shuffle again. It seems that the smaller the playing field the more likely the need to shuffle at least once to finish the game. Good catch development team! Thank you for saving some player sanity.

Während ich es nicht veranlasst habe, mich zu zwingen, zweimal hintereinander (noch) zu schlurfen, habe ich Schlurfen, 1 Bewegung bekommen, schlurfen Sie wieder. I think the Mix/shuffle was added because it became possible to run out of moves and be forced to leave the mini-game without finishing. This could be annoying to some players with the length of time this one takes in comparison to others. Good addition in my book. And it might be possible to have to Mix/shuffle twice in a row if the new random placement did not leave you with any moves.

And now the online translator mangles it to read:

I managed half a dozen male ferns from breeding as well, but no marvel ferns. I must have done something completely wrong.

Ich führte ein halbes Dutzend männlichen Farne davon, mich ebenso, aber keine Wunder-Farne fortzupflanzen. Ich muss etwas völlig Falsches getan haben.
