That's...really weird. Maybe I'm just missing it, but I don't see any possible moves.

I've had that happen! It would go away until I'd clicked on a bunch of the flowers.

Yes, sometimes the number of moves would glitch. It changes when you make a wrong move. I don't know how the coding for this works though.
