At least they'll be permanent if I understood it right. So no hurry in catching them.

Don´t know how I feel about that. It will be stressful.
I hope they are more common. And I also hope a few of them are bred-only. That would ease the catching stress a bit...

I don't bother with it now unless for holidays and new releases and then not all of them. Those smelly ones a few months ago I didn't bother with, apart from the Blusang Lyndwurm which I couldn't catch (thanks to Kintara for a bred one :D)
I must admit I hadn't thought about egg limits. I'm only silver so just 6. As they'll be permanent I think I'll wait to see the adults first.
There will be a mad rush by those who have to be first and grab as many as they can though. Every day.

I am one of those who stockpiles in the first few days of a release.
If I can't grab 'em while they fall every few minutes I'll never get them.
I don't think I've even seen, much less caught anything in the way of blusangs, GWs, or Crimsons since their initial release!

I hope that with a gold trophy, and a bunch of reds to speed the hatching, I'll be able to snag a breeding pair of each kind before they get too impossible to get.
And yes, one or two breed onlies would be nice to take some of the pressure off. Fingers crossed.

With a lot of people probably planning to keep spaces for each day (and how that will self limit the number of eggs they catch), It WILL be interesting to see how this affects the usual chatter about " greedy grabbers" not letting other players have a chance to catch anything.

Also if this runs to the 29th, what happens with a June release? I would hope that it would be skipped over, two new releases so close together would be reallllly hectic!

TJ said the June release is being skipped. I suspect the sprites they would have used for that are going to this release.

I don't think that the reason for this is less popularity - I suspect the opposite. The only reason he would be able to do a monthly released is if a lot of people wanted to sprite for DC, and he was getting so many offered sprites that he felt he had to use them. I think that's why he decided to start doing monthly releases.

Problem - I can not catch one. If somebody have a faster internet, maybe can catch one for me too?

I've had one go at catching them but nothing. I keep missing the hourly drops. but if I do get two you can certainly have one.

You might not wait for the hourly drops. Keep in mind that with the new system, every few minutes there's a new "drop" and the older of the three eggs will drop into the AP. (I've gotten many CB's in the AP lately because of this.) You do have to have a decent connection though. And be fast. Somehow I got lucky and got one, and I am neither fast, nor have a great connection.

Thanks. I didn't know that. My problem is I have a jumpy screen and when I refresh the AP the cursor can be either on the bottom row or the one above. I will try though.

No luck there.
I forgot about the drops again but got one in the 4 o'clock one. I'm finding IE faster than FF.
I will try for more. If I get any I'll only keep the one. My limit is 6.
