Looks like it. Because I was unable to abandon some seeds I had picked up right before the Valentine's seeds were available, I was only able to get four seeds from the garden. I'm a bit bummed about it.
But they were available BEFORE the Valentine's Day not after. And there was no notification in the News either.... I wanted to take one on my birthday and wasn't able to get any....
