Sorry, I know I probably should already know how to do this, but I've been trying for quite a while now and still can't figure it out. Could someone kindly tell me how to delete my conversations? Thanks so much.

Huh. I just went there, wondering as well, and I can't figure it out either. I can mark a conversation by ticking the check box, but there's no option anywhere to actually delete anything, at least not that I can find. How odd.

When you tick the checkbox, a new button appears on the bottom. Click that button and choose "close conversation" to delete it.

I see a button that says "33 Conversations Marked" (or however many) and when you click on it, the options are to Hide, Leave, Open, Close and Unmark All. Leave works too, oh, or should I close? Does it matter?
I tried close but all it did was lock the PM's not remove them, Leave removes them for good. -

Yes, a "Delete" button would be really nice since I had to come here and look this up all over again. "Close" does NOT work - it does NOT lower the percentage of space you're using. Only "Leave" does that. Hope I remember next time - or better yet, hope there's a "Delete" button!
