Frustration with Marvel Fern breeding is running high today. 6 of 6 resulted in normal ferns. That doesn't seem like "high chance" to me.
Maybe in 8 days I'll have better luck.Oh good lord, I can't even trash or abandon the 6th one so I'm stuck with a fern I don't need or want.
Maybe someone else can make use of it. I'll post in the adoption thread. I thought it was 3 trash and 3 abandons per week but guess not. -
What do you need, Pounces ? I have spares of most if not all.

I actually have all of the variations, I'm just trying to get more of the breed only ones.
Most of those I only have 1 or 2 of, sadly. They're being very stubborn! -

Oh shoot, I thought it ran through August. Guess that explains why it was 100% Male Fern.

I usually run through the wild garden a few dozen times or until I can see if the seeds are still there near the end of seasonal plants. If there are no seeds, the breeding season is over. I don't think the start and stop dates are ever neat and easy like "start of month A to end of month B", though it would be nice.
