OK, I just have to ask this. I'm not into roleplaying myself, but I do have an account at CreatureBreeder.com and apparently there is a big cat type role playing done there. I don't quite understand this - what's the draw? I mean, why do people want to pretend they're cats? I think they also have a wolf role play there too - they call them "clans". Do any of you know about either of these? And can you shed some light on them for me?

Well, we could have two groups - and they don't have to be exclusive of each other. In other words, you can "sign up" to be in either one or the other group or both. The first group of people would be those who would post a welcome message on the newbie's board. The second group would be those who have plenty of flowers and are willing to send the newbies a plant or two. I think if we do it as a community effort with everyone sending plants, we ought to send just one, maybe two plants. But if we rotate it, the person who sends the bouquet can send, say 4-5 flowers. It appears from the poll that most people favor rotating, but we'll let it go for a little while longer just to be sure.
I thought perhaps we could have a graphic - sort of an official welcome committee graphic that we can send to the person - and everyone could send it when they sent the bouquet of flowers. That would be neat, wouldn't it?
Also, the idea of an Introduce Yourself thread is good. I can go ahead and start one and when we send the flowers, we could link to it and encourage the newbie to post on it and let us get to know them.
Any thoughts are appreciated and will (hopefully, if possible) be implemented.
I see Emeraldis answered your question. Yes, you can breed the Bleeding Heart plants all year 'round, but you will only get more Bleeding Heart plants, no Heart of Valentine plants.

To help the forum grow, I think we should have a welcome committee!
The responsibilities would be welcoming each new member to the forum by
posting a welcome message on the new person's wall, and we could even take turns sending the newbie a bouquet of flowers via pm welcoming them.
So, if you would like to be on the Welcoming Committee, please sign up below. (Questions and comments are welcomed and will not be viewed as volunteering. If you do want to join the committee, please state so plainly so I'll know. If we get enough people we can create a rotating list of who's turn it is to send the flowers. Or, perhaps it would be nicer for everyone to send one flower each. What do you think? This is a work in progress, and nothing is set in stone yet.

No other activities, I don't think. It's just a new variant of the St. Patrick's Treasure - and all the other ones as well, so get as many as you can!
Get all of them back? That would be kind of hard, wouldn't it? But I guess I could try to get mine back too. They were all bred because I needed a color that was breed only(at least that's what I thought.)
I would think you could simply go to http://ovipets.com/ and join there. I always like to play online games on their own site even if they do have a facebook presence.
EDIT: Well, I am sorry! I just took a more careful look at their website and it appears they send you to facebook to sign up. I've never seen that before!
