Ok, after a LOT of trying and many unsuccessful metallic attempts, I got my Shimmerscale dragon to finally drop another Shimmer egg. I'm offering it as a two-way trade to make sure no one doesn't get it that I don't approve. If someone doesn't have a bronze shimmer and would like one, please offer an egg for it.
The only types of dragons I need at this point (that I know of) are silver shimmers and gold shimmers. If you don't have one, no worries. Just offer a random AP egg for it instead, doesn't matter the breed. Just let me know in a private PM who you are on DC and what you are offering. I think your scroll will also need to be viewable by the public. Although I won't be on for the next twelve or so hours, I will accept the first trade offered by someone who doesn't yet have a bronze shimmer.
Kintara: Since no one else took your silver, I took it. My silvers haven't been breeding successfully for me.
If someone doesn't have a silver at all, I'll be happy to give it to them. Or if it has grown up by that point, to attempt to breed another egg for them. But I haven't been terribly successful with that at all lately, even with my purples doing fertilization on all of them. -

No one wants the bronze shimmer that I've bred? I only want it as a trade to make sure it goes to someone who is actually in FG, not someone who just happens to be lurking on the forums. Just offer a random Abandoned egg, and it's yours!

I think the reason we can't transfer adults is that if someone ever managed to get your password, they could transfer all your dragons to their own account. At least this way they can't steal your dragons. Your eggs, yes, but at least the adults would be safe.
That's the only reason I can think of. I'm just as glad we can't, even though it means there are certain breeds I will never have.
Elixir, I hope you're Miss Kaya, because I accepted that trade. And I decided to keep your AP egg, because it's a dragon I only had a few of.
