Es scheint kein Limit zu geben, wie viele Pflanzen man im Garten haben kann. Allerdings kann man nur eine bestimmte Anzahl nicht ausgewachsener Blumen gleichzeitig besitzen: Im Wilden Garten lassen sich bis zu 3 Samen mitnehmen. Einen 4. Samen kann man erhalten, wenn man Pflanzen aus dem eigenen Garten kreuzt. Nicht vollentwickelte Pflanzen kann man nur dann als Geschenk annehmen, wenn man weniger als 3 Pflanzen, die noch nicht ausgewachsen sind, sein Eigen nennt."

Wenn ich schon 3 Samen im Gewächshaus habe und noch einmal kreuze bekomme ich die Meldung dass ich nicht genügend freie Plätze habe und mein Same daher in den wilden Garten entlassen wurde. Mehr als 3 Samen auf einmal geht meines Wissens nur wenn die überzähligen aus einem FG-Event kommen.

Mercy. In meiner Sammlung fehlt ein Weihnachtsbaum-Typ. Habe es jetzt auch im Kompendium gesehen. Jau, mein Monitor und meine Augen können die Weihnachtsbäume nur bei gutem Tageslicht unterscheiden. - Ich will mir demnächst eine Ganztagssonne zulegen.

Jau, für Valentin dürfte auch nichts weiteres mehr auftauchen. Variante ist ergänzt.

... Und ich denke, ich hab den komischen Fehler. Während eine Seite editiert wird, darf man in anderen Browserfenstern nichts speichern. Der Wiki ist hier nicht sauber getrennt und bezieht die Aktion auf sich. An der Cursor-Position schreibt er dann: [[Datei:... usw. Er legt einen Link an. Dass dann ein bestehender Link verpfuscht werden kann, ist klar. --- Jau, ich hatte erst mal ganz dumm geschaut, weil ich ja gar nichts geschrieben hatte. Aber genau dadurch erkannte ich dann den Zusammenhang.

Und *oh weih*. Die FAQ hatte ich bisher nur einmal grob + recht desinteressiert betrachtet. Oh ja, da war fast alles zu korrigieren.
Interessant: Aus dem Help-Forum bzw. wenn sich wieder Fragen zeigen, können wir sie doch in die FAQ einarbeiten. Schreibt hier ruhig kurze Hinweise oder ausgearbeitete Texte.

Und ja, kein Thema. Wirklich viel und handfeste Arbeit leistet das Team. Das bischen Wiki ist dagegen gespielt.

Was haltet ihr vom Dokuwiki? Also ich habe ihn in den wenigen Tagen schon richtig handfest schätzen gelernt. So machen Arbeit und geduldige Recherchen einfach nur Spaß. Die Syntax liegt intuitiv gut in den Fingern. Keine SQL, der Wiki arbeitet mit Textfiles. Bilder können über den Banager oder en block via ftp-client hochgeladen werden. Das Handbuch gibt es auch in deutsch. Usw. (Hoffentlich euch auch) gut ansprechende Ergebnisse gelingen flott. Nur Kleinigkeiten wie noch etwas Nachkorrektur z.B. von padding der td und th gelangen noch nicht. Die CSS wird teilweise dynamisch via PHP generiert. Der Quelltext hilft da erst mal gar nicht weiter. Der Bereicht dürfte aber auch dokumentiert sein. Jetzt war mir doch erst mal der Wiki wichtig.

OK. You have seen now, what we can do? Dokuwiki is a good an a free wiki. It has a lot of languages, good language handbooks, the first dokumentation is given in English. bplaced.net the account is free taken and has 2 GB space without trafic limit.

If you want an English wiki, at the same or at an other accont can do. Into the same wiki we can place different language index'es. Or you want a own wiki in a different directory? We can do. Other way can be, but I don't know. I can help with wiki syntax and html. But I cannot write it, can only take a look at your translation. My English is toooooo good. What you mean?

I could help translating some of the articles. But I'm not good with HTML and such, besides the very basics of text editing.
(If I translate some of the page, somebody who would have to read them through and correcting my mistakes which I naturally would make during the process.)

Ich könnte helfen, einige Texte auf Englisch zu übersetzen (sofern meine Zeit das hergibt), aber ich bin wirklich nicht gut im Umgang mit HTML, nur so ganz simple Dinge gehen.

Jau. Zu oft denkt man, Wiki sei schwer. Tatsächlich ist die Wiki-Idee, dass es jeder ohne besondere Kenntnisse aufwandsarm schreiben kann. Man schreibt tatsächlich nur Text und formatiert genau wie hier im Forenpost über die Buttonleiste. HTML? Wenn das vorhandene Layout gefällt, braucht man kein HTML. Wirklich kompakt sind nur die Pflanzentabellen. Da wären nur Deutsch / Englisch die Pflanzennamen zu tauschen.

Das Prob ist nur, ich sehe nicht, wie ein User sein Sprachlayout wählen kann. Soll man tatsächlich einen zweiten Wiki hochladen? Vielleicht weiß ja jemand mehr?

Jau. Too often one thinks, Wiki where be heavy. The Wiki idea is actual that everybody can write without special knowledge poor in expenditure. One writes really only text and formats at the same way as like here in the forum post about the badge strip. HTML? If the available layout is OK, one needs no HTML. Only the plant tables are really compact. There the plant names would be to be exchanged only German / English.

The rehearsing is only, I do not see how a user can choose his language layout. Does one really should load up a second Wiki? Maybe somebody knows more?

Danke Elixir. bplaced wird aber nicht helfen können. Bin grad am Durchstöbern der Plugins zum Dokuwiki. Es gibt utopisch viele. http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugins Da sollte zumindest das wirklich wichtige dabei sein. Man hofft.

Der Download geht nicht. Die HP scheint es nicht mehr zu geben. P.g., das könnte es gewesen sein.

Ich hab was probiert, das den Wiki auch auf die Browser-Sprache einstellt. Das verlief aber in einer Diskussion. Seltsam, aber der Punkt scheint noch expirimental zu sein. Ich werde eine en-Version installieren.

Elixir, ich würde es so weit vorbereiten, dass du (oder falls sich noch jemand interessiert melde...) die owner-Funktion übernehmen kannst. Dann wäre es in englischkundigen Händen. Kannst dann auch weitere Admins einrichten. Die Administration und überhaupt die Grundconfig sind prima als Formulare aufgebaut.

I have tried what which puts the Wiki also in browser language. However, it ran in a discussion. Strangely, but the point still seems to be expirimental. I will install an en version.

Elixir, I would prepare it so far that you (or if still somebody is interested announces ...) the owner function can take. Then it would be in English-expert hands. Then you can furnish also other Admins. The administration and generally the baseconfig are built up excellently as forms.

Thanks to Truelinor you even already have support.

Ich würde es vorziehen, wenn die Hauptverwaltung der englischen Wiki-Seite von jemand anderem gemacht wird und ich nur übersetzend tätig werde. Am besten fragst du mal bei den aktiven Usern hier nach.

I would prefer if somebody else would be given the main-administration of the englisch Wiki. I would be glad to just help with translating. It would be the best to ask the active users here, who would be willing to be admin of the wiki.

Upload is OK. The installation can go on. It's a very simply form page, no problem. Who it does, places his password and his email and... is the owner.

Then the configuration and placing a second Admin you see all in English, and I can help. For longer working we can speak or write in Skype. Also... it's a funny thing? Who does ist? - The install-link I better give in a PM.

And... no fear, no problem. I have the ftp-client, can overwrite any thing or all. Angst

Oh, it's a very nice idea I can also help translating from German to English. My passive knowledge of German should be good enough for this job (I'm fluent in reading German, but not with writing, unfortunately). But I think we need a coordinator who could publish the translated articles in the wiki, divide the work between translators and so on

The wiki will be a good community job. So it was my dream.

I have installed. They says "superuser". But all admins have the same rights. it's the admin-group. The highest right is to delate pages. The user-group can read and write, can not delete. For the pages that's the different. And then, admins have the settings-buttons. I've done the ground-configuration. It's the same as in the de-wiki. I think, so it's good. If not, say it, we make it better.

Next step, I begun the index-page. The names are from the game. The rest you see fast and can fix up.

The flower and other picture names are translated and are loaded up.

Now I begin to translate the page: "Regular Flowers". Later the text you can translate.

And... if you like other texts or pages or more pages. It's OK. It's the English wiki. I can look ans can try to learn.

If the index is good, say it please. Then I copy the German tetxts into the pages, and you can work.

You can register you. Who wants the admin, say it please. 2 or 3 admins will be good.

Ich könnte auch beim Übersetzen helfen. ...sooft es meine begrenzte Zeit zulässt.... die Diplomarbeit (und anderes) steht ja auch noch an.
Dann sollte man aber auch irgendwie koordinieren wer was übersetzt (hat). Vielleicht eine Liste machen.... oder so....

I can also help translating the texts ..... as often as I find time..... between diploma thesis and other stuff...
But we should coordinate of what is to translate and who translates a particular text. Maybe we should make a list... or something similar...

I'm not sure how to share the translated texts with you. So that they can be corrected.

Well Elixir, your text I have placed. Now the startpage is written.
The index-entries now I use to paste the German texts. The links I place in English. You can see the green entries.

The best way is, to translate (or give yout own texts) into the pages directly.
For coordinating who begins to translate a page, say it here. If you edit a page, there begins lock-time oly for you. If you make a siesta, then the lock-time will be finish. But you get an dialog and take longer time.
If you are finish with working, say it here. You can take and say the next page.
If anyone was earlyer by edit begin, she/hi locks the page for himself. The next one can not edit it now, can take an other page.

My job at the "Regular Flowers" page isn't done. First I place all texts, then I take the "Regular Flowers" page again. (Yes, the list-tables are a little compact, it takes time. )
