New Christmas Star, possibly a new Wreath. Either new Lucky Clover or an entirely new plant. No new trees this year.

Wow, what a surprise to find this started already! And just when my seeds had just sprouted so no hard decisions to make! :D (Sorry Mia!)

@Exterminans - Does that mean we're getting a new minigame?

I haven't had to clear away the clouds in months - maybe over a year. If you have them up in enough signatures, then you don't and, like Shelybear, I do.

As far as the other things go, the only difference I've noticed is when I click on the link to come to the game, I used to come straight to my Greenhouse, since that is what the link is for, but just recently I've noticed that it takes me to this page however I'm still logged in (thank goodness!)

I prefer them not to switch places. lol

No, really, any forum you go to (practically) has the ability to go from one thread to the next without going back to the "main" forum for those people who like to just flip through the posts. I sort of thought it would be like that - it would save extra clicks and that, in my book, is a good thing!

I don't know if this has been requested or not, but I think I would really be able to use it. I think it would be nice to have arrows going from one plant to the next so you don't have to go back and forth to the Greenhouse. Something like on a photo gallery would be nice:

    And at the beginning:

    and then at the end:

I don't see how you all can keep up with all of these things! I don't count how many Jack-o-lanterns of each kind I have before I start breeding more, so therefore I wouldn't know which kinds I get - just the new one if the question mark is gone. (Which it is, thanks goodness! I managed to grow one of the new variants, so I'm happy! :D )

That's the cool thing about this game. I've been playing for a long time, and I've taken some breaks here and there. I've also had bad luck during some breeding seasons to not get the one variant I'm missing each year. [...] It's nice, though, I just have to wait for next holiday to roll around and I have another chance to finish my collection and get some new shiny variant.

I quite agree and am in the same boat as you. But it doesn't bother me like it did when I first started playing now, since I know that sooner or later I will get each one, as long as I keep on playing! :)

I like the concept though, it makes it more interesting than just finding seeds in the wild garden c:

A little bit confusing at times, but definitely more interesting! :D

I dropped 31 bred seeds into the garden just yesterday.

Maybe dustpuppy meant by getting a Christmas seed this way. I would think you would have enough time to grow one to maturity and then breed it, but I would think it would be close. Not sure, really. Depends on if you get a seed and the dates.

froglady - that's quite impressive. I wonder if it is on the wiki. Here's the same info in a different format:

    Time of Year:
    Must have common plant to
    breed with
    fantastical plant:
    to get:
    Christmas Poinsettias Christmas Stars
New Year's White Clover Lucky Clover
Valentine's Bleeding Hearts Heart of Valentine's
Mid Summer Male Ferns Marvel Ferns
    Halloween Pumpkins Jack-o-lanterns

Not sure how to add the rest of the information.

The confusing thing is that you will only get the fantastical version during the event. You can breed your Jack-o-Lanterns to your pumpkins year round if you don't mind getting only pumpkins. Same for the others. Only Witch Mushrooms and Easter Eggs and Christmas Trees breed to themselves, and they don't have the "breed" option the rest of the year. Christmas Trees can also be crossed with Poinsettia to get Christmas Star, but again only at Christmas. Confused enough, now?

Oh, wow, Mia! Sorry to hear that - I hope she's getting along better now. Please let us know. :)

A friend of mine brought me this Cala Lily:

    Here's a close-up is you need it:

I hope to grow some paper whites for Christmas. If they turn out nice, I'll be sure to post a picture of them! :D Does anyone else do the indoor bulbs? I've never tried them before, so this will be a first for me. :D
