Not doing normal growing

My sprouts are 5 days old and not growing up, my seeds are 4 days old and not sprouting, is there something wrong??

I keep all my plants watered daily, so yes, they have grown now, but it's not usual for them to go 5 days so I don't know what happened here this time?
