How do you get the heater for the Wintergarden?

I apologize if this question has already been asked/answered, but I could not find a thread about this if there is one.

I've seen the heater in some Wintergardens but I've never gotten one. What do you need to do to get one? Thank you

I got it from Walpurgisnacht(Witch Mushroom) season's event
If you search another word stove I guess there's many sayings about it

i read somewhere that the heater was the prize from the christmas market in 2012, but i can't remember where i read it.

We have two heaters, so maybe one from each?
