Ingame chat

I likke the idea having an english and a german chat.

The chat is not flash-based. (If it where, I would have the blocking button.)

The chat itself don't base on flash. It is using the newest connecting technology. But if the browser doesn't support this it has a flash fallback to connect to the Chatserver. So to avoid the problem with flash i will disable the flash fallback.

Now it works in Opera, too. No more issues with the display.

I agree with this. I don't chat, and my computer screen is small, so the rectangle gets in the way. Also, the chat effects how the game loads on my computer. Please make a way for us to turn it off?

One thing I would like to say about the Chat - I don't think it should be used for anything for which there is an existing forum thread.

Is there a way to get rid of the chatbox entirely? Yes, I have minimized it, but I'd like to get it off my screen completely. It's annoying the heck out of me. Adblock, maybe? I already tried settings, no go.

I like the idea of the chat box. But I don't like the style of the box. Its that much black... Is it possible to give it a more floral design?
What do other users think about that?

I think it's OK. It blends into the green background.

For my eyes it is flat. The green top could be a little brighter. It is small and very right. What will bring the next version?...

I think we should put the two threads about the Chat together. It would be better to have all discussion in one thread.
Could the mods please merge the threads?

Ich finde, wir sollten die beiden bestehenden Threads über den chat zusammenfügen. Es wäre besser alle Informationen/Diskussionen in einem thread zu haben.

Love the new in-game chat! So much fun

Ich kann zwar im Chat nicht schreiben, aber ich würde mir einen Timestamp dort wünschen. Man weiss nie, ob das zuletzt Geschriebene brandaktuell oder uralt ist. Optimalerweise könnte man den auch noch ein- und ausschalten, denn sowas nimmt ja schon ein bisschen Platz weg.
