I have some plants that were gifted to me that I wanted to breed. When I had room I went to the plant page and saw there was no breeding option for some of them. I have some that I bred to my own bred /found plants and they produced a seed. Is there some reason why some will and some will not allow breeding?

Perhaps the ones that you got were bred just before you got them - you have to wait 7 days between one breeding and the next.

Either that, or you don't have any possible breeding mates. The breeding option will only show up, if breeding would be actually possible.

No, I do have possible breeding mates... I think I've had them a week, but I'll go back and double check.
Edit: Both Cyclamen were gifts. One I have had 2 weeks plus a couple days and the other I have had 1 week and a couple days. I have not bred them while I have had them, and neither has a breed option.
