That "Sun shines bright..." text is on your garden page, right beside the sun...
Oh, of course! LOL I should have known - I need to read more carefully! Thank you!

I think getting the "The sun shines bright on your garden and makes everything blossom," text is really the only thing that has an effect (though I could be mistaken).
I don't think I've ever seen this message before. When do you get it?
I clicked on the "The ground is all dried out. Make it rain!" option, but nothing seems to happen. I don't see any difference in the drops of water. I would think it would go from one to two, two to three, etc. What does it do then?
Looks like it's just newer/older/species. Nothing else, which is too bad.
calenlass - Oh, OK, yes, I did breed one - I've been trying that feature out some lately, since I have two of some flowers. Can you breed different flowers together?
Ali - that's nice to know. So, you can get the different colors two different ways. Is there another way? By gifts, I guess? So, three ways, then?
Oh, OK. So it depends. It might and it might not.
Another question: I used to be able only to have 3 seeds, but now I find I have 4! Is there some sort of scale, as if you have been playing for so long, you get more seeds? Or what?
Isn't the clover a St. Patrick's Day plant?
Thank you all for your input! So, correct me if I am wrong, but I take it when you breed two plants, say, two blue ones, you could end up with a different color than the parents? Is that right?
A biting dandylion? Is that what those are? I mean, I knew they were dandylions, just not biting ones. LOL
And congrats on almost completing your goal! Very good!
I have another question, so I hope this is alright to post it since I just posted last...
Anyway, the question is... how many flowers do you think is the best to have? Two of each so you can breed them if needed or do you like to keep more or less and what is your reasoning? Since I haven't been playing all that long, I thought it might be good to hear what other players are doing.
Thanks, I found that out.
The Christmas Tree and Poinsettia can breed the Christmas Star? Is that true?
Well, I didn't kow that! Thanks!!1
I have another question - maybe someone can help me out, I hope.
I was wondering - why do people put mature plants in their sigs if they don't need to be watered? Do the extra clicks do anything for the plants?
I found it from someone else's signature.
I'd like to see your critters - do you have a link to them?
I don't know if you allow double posting, but I did have another question.
What is your referral url? Is it if someone signs up after clicking your garden? So mine would be: http://flowergame.net/garden/286 - or is it after they water one of your plants? Or does it matter?
Duh! Why have I never noticed that before?! I just checked and the sun is shining on my garden just fine now. Thanks!!!
Thank you, this seems to be a lovely little game. The waiting for my first seeds to germinate is killing me though XD
I will help you! I visited all three of your plants. I hope that helps you along! And feel free to ask any questions you might have too.
I have one for you, Garney - what does it mean "Online Adoptable Creator" under your avatar?
Yes, thank you both for trying to help me. I had seen the option to "Make clouds go away" but instead of associating it with sunshine, I thought it just meant to stop raining. I guess I don't think like everyone else.
I guess I would like to know how you can tell that your plants have sunshine. You can water your plants, so you know they have water by how many little drips are blue, but how does it show you how much sunshine they are getting?
I've been reading some here in the forum and I don't understand what all's going on. How can you plant your flowers out? I don't know how you can make the sun shine either. I do understand about watering your plants, but sunshine? Where did that come from?
I may have more questions and it would be nice if I could talk to someone about the game.
