Yeah, I´m a bit picky when it comes to lineages.
I´m a CB fanatic and if I can´t get CBs, 2nd gens are the closest. Expect for Hollies and prize dragons, those can have longer lineages (no messy though).

Growing the plants first is nice, but a little awkward. I wonder how long it takes till they are full grown and we can finally gift them...

Oh, and I got all the past Val eggs I needed. 5 of each breed. All are 2nd gen too.

Well in case it´s seeds, I want to get first some from the garden and then open the parcel.

The Valentine-story was easy. Got it in 5 minutes.
You have to find the letter pieces first.

Anyone opend the parcel yet?

We got 8 days for breeding last year, so why was the time reduced this year, despite there being more variants?
You really shouldn´t cut down the breeding time. It will ony cause frustration...
And it gets confusing when the rules are changed every year/every event....

I just found some parentless Heart of Valentine seeds in the Wild Garden. So has breeding begun or not? Since when are they dropping?
Why wasn´t there an announcment?
And are the seeds in the garden the new variants and older ones can only be bred?

I usually have no problem with keeping only one egg. I usually keep none of my own, because I like some diversity in lineages and it prevents accidental inbreeding. It´s only annoying when you have to gift a dragon's offspring to multible persons and can only give one egg a year.... but oh, well, that´s the game.

And like Tawanda said, with a bit of planning and timing you can get quite a lot of eggs. I got 27 X-mas dragons last year and now for Valentine I plan on getting all the 25 dragons I still need for my scrollgoal, and I dare say I´ll make that. :)... and if not, I´ll get them next year. I´m in no hurry.

EDIT: Just found out the ARCHE NOAH (Austrian society for preserving and developing the diversity of cultural plants) will hold a market day again in April at the Botanical garden in Graz. Maybe I´ll find a chili plant there.... and some other rarities.

They are really nice. I´m thinking of getting one for myself in real, I like eating hot.

Was the Aloe Vera already suggested? I´d love that one, I have one myself on my windowsill.

And as we got the Siberian pepper this month I´d like some more spice and herb plants. Basil, Thyme, Borage and Rosemary have all nice little blooms too.
