I'm gonna say that grown-ups are fine, but only if they were bred during the experiment. That last one you posted works, fredsnail, I can tell from it's number that it was 'born' this month.
Anything from last year or earlier would be out though.
Tawanda, use [ code ] [/ code ] (remove spaces), or just click the <> button on the reply box; then just put the code you'd normally use to post plants between them.

Sweet, we have our first rare right off the bat! And three blue ones, hmm, I've noticed with previous holidays that some regular versions tend to be super common, I wonder if here too.

You could submit them to Shelybear's experiment thread - she's researching the parentless ones. And she's also doing Witch Mushrooms right now.

The cats in my avatar are random picture I found on the net. I'm actually dog person and I have a french bulldog at home (who, interestingly enough, kinda resembles Mia's dark cat)
I seem to think people on internet a nb until proven otherwise. Experience I guess.

I'm not looking to see if people have rare colours in their greenhouse, I'm trying to calculate the odds of growing one. Please read the first post (and take a look at the second). It's all written down there that: A. I'm only accepting freshly bred seeds; and B. I'm doing it one species at a time (currently it's Witch Mushrooms). I'll get to Flaming Katys (and other plants) one day, but not right now.
