I found one half in the decoration of the wild garden and the other half in the head grafic (where flowergame is written in) - two tiny scrolls with a red heart
Yes it does seem like the second half is found in different places. I just can't think of anywhere else to go.
EDIT. I logged out and in again and found it right away.

Hmm, are there more than two parts of the letter? One half has the pixie, another I found in my wild garden, but it only said "one part is missing" and now I can´t find it anymore.
I can't find the second half. I've even been in Support and Imprint, and other gardens.
It seems people are finding it in different places. Is there something you need to do before it appears? -

On the previous occasions, you got a seed when you gifted someone a plant on a St Valentine's day. You could also breed the ones you had with a bleeding heart and there was a very small probability to get a heart of Valentine by breeding two bleeding hearts.
I don't know whether breeding bleeding hearts applies this year though.

It was last year. I only have two and they are both parentless. I didn't have any to breed. One of them is probably from the Post Pixie.

Yes I've seen those. They're from http://areyouahuman.com. I've also seen some where you copy a known phrase. I don't know where they're from though and I don't know if they'd translate well.
