I also agree with these suggestions, knowing what time the server is on would make things a little bit easier for those of us that live in North America

I also see lots of them, for over 12 hours there were none, but now there are lots

since the server changed past midnight last night, there haven't been any seeds, I thought this ran until July 7th? am I wrong or is there something wrong with the dropping of these seeds?

I have noticed the Marvel Fern seeds are still not dropping, is anyone else noticed this??

I've been refreshing for over 2 hours and still nothing, I kinda done

They get added in batches and when one runs out you have to wait for the next batch. Same with all holiday/special plants. You can refresh forever and never see one, then come back 10 minutes later and they're everywhere.
I do understand that, but it's been about an hour and nothing
