Right. Anyway - the cornflower that d'angelline found and alia posted has also grown up!
I bet it won't be long before we have even more fully grown abandoned plants - thanks to calenlass' clever little watering scheme. I had tried to put the plants on yarolds one at a time during the last couple of days... but calenlass was way more effective.
Wonderful! Thanks, calenlass!
And look - the fern in Alia's post has grown up!
I'm reposting the fully grown plants from my first post here - removed them from the clicking thread.
More good news: The orange hawkweed I posted has grown up.
Wow - this is awesome! Where do those drops come from all of a sudden? I seem to remember the plants having no water at all yesterday...
The post pixie came to me today with a parcel. Can't say how many dandelions I've bred so far, but when the pixie came I had exactly fifteen grown dandelions (all raised in my garden ...). I've been breeding now and again (at first just to get the backbiting dandelion), and more often again lately, because I've been trying to get the new variants.
Yep, noticed that as well. I'll just keep on clicking them every day.
Alia's and my last bunch of seeds have never had any drops as far as I'm aware - but water levels on the other seeds have gone down quite a bit in the last couple of days. Not enough people clicking, I guess.
BUT: I see two more seeds that have turned into sprouts!
Congratulations, blobber!
Dew delivered. Noticed that another male fern sprouted!
My last three mushrooms grew up today. And YAY! One of them turned out to be pink
- last colour I was missing.
I think
I clicked all of them - Alia, for some reason yours do not have much water even though they were posted before stormcrow's. Maybe they have them on Yarolds - IDK.
I think that's because stormcrow's seeds & sprout don't quite fit in the garden helpers thread - they are all in stormcrow's own garden and have been picked up quite recently.
Tulip wants to move on... weather getting worse again!
http://flowergame.net/flowers/gift/3…a231feb33fbc4f5
but I remember the old forum - which was a section of another forum. Does anyone remember it besides me?
Now that you mention it - I actually do remember that forum.
Can't remember if I ever wrote anything there, though... just remember reading and clicking other people's plants.
Still in Germany, still no sunshine - but at least it's dry up here...
EDIT: The tulip is finally getting some sunshine this afternoon.
Maybe RedSquirrel will go to the other thread with his plants.
Just did that.
And clicked all the other plants of course - more seeds have turned into sprouts since yesterday.
I've been clicking the plants in this thread for a while now - it's great that we've actually managed to make some of them grow.
Now I have a request myself: Helping those other plants made me curious about the fate of the offspring of my own garden. So I visited some of their pages and found these:
Hope we can help them grow as well.
EDIT 2: Reposted the links in the click - thread.
I'm from Lower Saxony, Germany - I grew up speaking German.
I'm also fluent in English. My English teachers in school were quite good and taught me a lot - but in the end it was living abroad (one year in Glasgow, Scotland, and one year in Ottawa, Canada) and having to use the language on a daily basis that gave me confidence and - eventually - fluency.
I also speak some Scottish Gaelic (no blobber, you're not alone
) - and a tiny bit of Welsh.
The Travelling Tulip pays another quick visit to Germany - Lower Saxony this time. It's been a nice day with lots of sunny spells - but the weather seems to be turning now. Tulip might not want to stay here for too long
.
