Trouble accessing site and forums

Am I the only one having difficulty connecting to the game or forum? I am constantly getting this message:

Error 522 Ray ID: 2f99c144523f51c4 • 2016-10-29 21:35:32 UTC
Connection timed out

Sometimes I can connect but every few pages that error above happens.

Happily the problem seems to have completely cleared up for me.
