Oh, I can explain! To breed you'll need to click on flower, for example, mushroom - you'll see 3 options: breed, trash, abandon. If you have only one mushroom (or other flower), you can't see the breeding option. Also there are event flowers (bunnies, marvel ferns etc), and you can breed them only during the event (Easter, Midsummer).
On breeding page you'll see other flowers (mushrooms). so you can choose, which one to breed with that. Then you click on breed, and new seed appears. But if you already have a 3 seeds in greenhouse, it will drop into the wild garden.

No one can say, what color will be a new seed, it's random thing. It may be the same as parents or different, and color don't depends on what parents will you choose
