It would also be great from a gifting perspective. If, for instance, I felt like giving a flower as a present to someone, and they don't have a wish list anywhere and haven't asked for something specific, what I have to do right now is go and look through their greenhouse, atrium, and winter garden and try to figure out what they don't have. Depending on the size of their gardens, that could take a long time and I might not even get it right. If I could just look for question marks in their compendium, that would tell me in a matter of seconds "this person doesn't have any orange crocuses, so I can offer them one of my extras as a gift."

So far we only have 22 that have grown up so it's still a pretty small sample, but here's the current ratio based on that:

Purple - 6 (27%)
White -4 (18%)
Black - 4 (18%)
Yellow - 3 (14%)
Bicolor Purple - 3 (14%)
Pink - 1 (4.5%)
Red - 1 (4.5%)
Orange - 0 (0%)

I've been having the same trouble. I'm glad to see that it's not just me, because then I'd have had to run all kinds of diagnostics and stuff. Could the cookies be set to expire a lot sooner than they're supposed to?

Wow, the seeds that MadameX posted are so stubborn. I've had them on Yarold's for almost a week now and they still haven't sprouted.

Yay, the next two seeds in Gwen's post have grown up! I've added the next three in the post to Yarold's. I also have the really old seed from RedSquirrel's post up, and the ones in butcherbaby's post and in MadameX's post.

I just joined Yarolds so I could put some of them on there. So far the ones I put on have gotten a drop or two.

I'm having a LOT of trouble accessing Flowergame today. Everything else I access on the Internet loads fine, but Flowergame keeps failing to load, or only partially loading. Right now I can access the board but not my garden. A minute ago I couldn't even get on the board. Is anyone else having this problem?

Well, it's ended now. I just bred a marvel fern x male fern and got a regular male fern seed. I guess I just missed my chance at one more.

I'm all for the idea of being able to pay to get rid of ads. That's cool. And it would also be cool to be able to pay for, for instance, CafePress Flowergame T-shirts or the like. But I ended up ditching Magistream because of how much I disliked the whole "pay real money for this limited edition creature that's ten times cooler than anything you can normally get" situation. I'd hate for anything like that to happen here. I definitely want to be able to do my part to support the site, as much as I can afford to, but I think we'll all lose the game if actual money becomes involved in the acquisition or raising of flowers. It should only be about ad removal and maybe some real-world gear like t-shirts, bags, and mugs.

Chiming in on the request for more than a single week of breeding/catching seeds. That would be plenty if we just had blue and red ones to find, but if there are more colors coming into play, it's really not enough time.

Yeah, I had a few in the last few days that took five days instead of the usual four. It sounds like maybe something's changed about the game, since it's not just one person seeing this.
