Putting hatchies in nurseries should be fine. They usually have enough views by then. I hardly get any sick hatchies... expect for Shimmers and Tinsels.

Yes, I know. I usually watch everything in English. But somehow it hasen´t drawn my interest yet. I watch a lot of shows, so I have to be a bit selective...

Never seen anything of Dr.Who. I watched a few Torchwood episodes though, and liked them.
I don´t even know if it aired on any German speaking tv-station.

Maybe the Shimmer owners decided not to breed with Terraes from experiance with the Tinsels, because those pairings hardly give any Tinsels.
I have Tinsel fails from all three colours, can´t say now from which ones more, though. I have so many and I´m too lazy to look at all the lineages. :p I have to admit all the Tinsels look great paired with Terraes.

I´m hording Terraes. Most of them I get from the AP nowadays. CBs, nice lineaged or Tinselfails, no messy ones.
Funny, so far I´ve only seen Terrae-Tinsel fails, but I´ve never seen a Terrae-Shimmer fail...

As bloober said, you need Red dragons to incubate your eggs.
There are other BSA dragons that could come in handy: Pinks for influencing the right gender, Purples for better fertility at breeding and Magis for teleporting (trading). You might want to stock up on those over time.
AP hunting is fun. You can get a lot of nice low time eggs there.

Currently I´m only using two hatcheries, EATW and AoND. I incubate fresh eggs (with 7days) right after catching/breeding. Then I wait at least 6 hours till I put them in AoND first. After a day I put them in EATW. If I put the freshly incubated eggs into EATW imetiately they get too many views and sick.
But as I´m mostly AP hunting nowadays I stick them in both right away.

As soon as you fog your dragons they should be removed from any hatchery automaticly.
If your eggs are sick, you should get a message on top of your scroll and on the sick egg's page ("The shell of the egg seems soft, as though there's something wrong with it."). When those messages are gone, it is save to unhide them again.

Don´t worry about the new releases, the are quite common. If you don´t want to wait too long for your eggs to hatch you can also take eggs form the Abandoned Page (AP).

If you need/want any special dragon just ask. I (we) can breed (or catch) some for you.

You should maybe wait for a day or so till you put them in a hatchery or your eggs/hatchlings might get sick.

512 is about the highest I´ve reached so far, too. Mostly it´s just 256...

It´s still March. I doubt the seed will be release before April 1st. Have a little patience.
