It would be very nice if we could do one breeding after seeds stopped dropping. Maybe allow 1 breeding up to November 4 or 5. But I guess it also gives us goals for following years. ![]()

Yeah, looks as if the seeds are gone from the Wild Garden already - too bad, I was hoping it might last 1 more day for my seeds to sprout.
But as a tip, it looks like you need to improve the sunlight in your garden - when I visited, it had the "bend" option, and it seems to only show up if you have low sunlight levels, if I understand things correctly. If you keep the garden well lit and fully watered, your seeds sprout faster. I picked up seeds on Oct. 26 and they sprouted Oct. 29 so I was able to pick up 4 additional.
I have an image of the blurb on my garden here:

Good point, and agreed if possible.
Thank you for the notification though!
-
I hope everyone gets at least some of what they're missing!

I do wish that we could breed for maybe a week after the seeds stop dropping though. But I guess that gives goals for the following year(s)

It's my first year, so I am concentrating on getting ones from the garden first. Torn between the three what to mainly get first, but ended up with 2 Tree Stumps and 1 of each of the others. I'll probably grab the same thing once they sprout, then pick one of the other two next year to concentrate on. I'm just so happy to be here this year for it! The artwork is so creative on all

Hehehe, I've been doing the same thing every hour or so. Not that I'm eager for some Audrey II, Tree Stumps and Jack o Lanterns or anything xD
-
I have to admit, I'm very excited for my first Halloween where I am active!! I am looking forward to getting as many different plants as I am able to, and was wondering when they start appearing in game, and for how long they continue to appear in the wild garden? I want to be sure and have all my pots available to get them as soon as possible since it is a limited time event

-
I was also hoping to have more colors available for it, especially some breed only ones. But the artist did a very nice job on them, they are very pretty!
-
-
I think Special plants since they are limited time in the wild during the year, but am fine with either.
-
Oops, I'm sorry Fuzzbucket - I was commenting in general on the sprouted seed :3 I should have erased CoffeeActivated's question.
Very much looking forward to seeing all the fully grown varieties soon though!

-
Pretty little sproutling now! Excited to see all the varieties

-
Thank you for posting! Now for my current seeds to grow up, hehehe!

That's all correct, I also released the "normal" ferns at the beginning because I didn't know that the Marvel Ferns can only be bred at a certain time
Yes, I think I bred 2-3 before I went to the wiki and discovered it was only available to breed in season. :3
Maybe I'll just grab them all up that have been bred and abandoned and hope that will help some parentless ones will show up once the others are all in a garden.

Thank you so much everyone!

-
What mostly confuses me is not finding parentless seeds for Male Fern. O.o All I see are abandoned ones in the wild garden. When I can I like to start with clean breeding lines - it's a tiny bit of a minor OCD thing for me. ^^;
Is it because there are numerous abandoned ones in the wild garden, so the game does not generate parentless ones? (This could make sense, I'm not sure though)
I'll just keep hunting and hoping

-
I keep hoping as well, but still no luck on any without parents. O.o I have grabbed up several with parents though, so I can attempt to get the Marvel Ferns that are breed only. I've had terrible luck, and just have had Male Fern offspring though. I'm considering waiting until next season to attempt further breeding.

-
Very good advice, thank you!

-
Oh, I do have some Marvel Ferns thankfully!
I started playing more when they were active so I managed 3 this year.
There are lots of variants on it though, so lots of breeding to do
