All the flowers in my garden are in the same position - losing water but not growing up. Here's one of them - all have the same stats and have been treated identically:

Mine have been religiously watered and sunned upon - and when slugs showed up (not every day
) they were all carefully picked up - and even with an extra 2 days that fkrauthan mentioned, should be well grown by now. This is a dreadful time of year for this to happen....
