Congratulations Alia! That one looks really kewl! Glad to know you don't have to breed to get it. Now I can try to grab ones from the Wild Garden, but also breed some.
And now that I checked to try to breed them, you cannot breed now. Drat!

Has anyone seen the new Audreys?
Thank you, Greenheart, you answered the question I skipped over while talking about the general mechanics.
When you breed a plant, it gives you a seed. Do a rain dance to get the first water on the plants, and then water it from the pitcher (the water command). Or ask for rain to water all of your plants. But be careful because if you get too many clouds, you need to win games from the playground to ask the clouds to go away.
The Snappy Tree Stumps are not breedable, the Audreys can only breed with each other, but to breed the Jack-o-lanterns you do need to have some regular Pumpkins to breed them to.
So I would suggest just picking up the seeds from the Wild Garden for the Halloween plants during the limited breeding/dropping time. Then get some pumpkin seeds to get regular pumpkins to have some to breed the Jack-o-lanterns with next Halloween.
If you don't know what the seeds look like in the Wild Garden, the Snappy tree stumps seeds are the red and white swirly thing that looks like melting candy, the Jackolantern seeds looks like a squished pumpkin with a branch sticking out, and the Audreys seeds look like a green flying saucer.
But the Audreys usually can be bred year round.
Good luck!
Hi,
I am wondering when we will see the seeds for the Halloween plants start to drop in the Wild Garden, and be able to breed the Jack-o-lanterns?
Please do let us know.
I just saw the News announcement that there might be a new Audrey......
Ooooh, I had not thought of a mechanism like harvesting the fruit after the bushes are full-grown. But now that you have suggested it, if it is possible, I think it would be a nifty addition to that.
But you should probably make it so that it doesn't happen every time you try to harvest it.
But then what would we do with the fruit now that is harvested? Could it be a reward mechanism to get something? Maybe a new seed from one of the berry plants? Or maybe a random plant...
Hmmm, I will think on this....
I love the idea of fruit bearing shrubs. I love raising them irl, and would love to raise them digitally.
July eggs released this past weekend.
This egg has a winding pattern on it. -
It feels like this egg knew you were coming.
In all biomes except Volcano.
Oh, I absolutely love that idea!!
Ever since I moved houses and had to leave my raspberry and blackberry bushes behind, I have tried to grow them at the new house, but the clay soil here is not conducive to their growth, so having pixel bushes is a decent substitute.
Thank you for trying this.
i am posting this because you are the one who can update the Special Plants page.
There is a ninth variant to the Witch Mushroom not on the SP page. There are two of the large black slouchy hats, the one with the spider and the one with a crescent moon and stars.
As opposed to
(which is on SP page)
I didn't notice it until MiaSkywalker said that there were nine variants of it instead of just the eight listed on the SP page. This will give you the chance to update the page.
I would really appreciate having a shown calendar of all of the limited time drop flowers and items, and showing when they will be "turned on" to breed and catch, and when they will be turned off. It will make it easier for those of us who are trying to breed for things that we do not have yet, or things we might want more of.
I do appreciate all of the work has to go on behind the scenes to make this game a success. Thank you.
May 21st was Dragcave's 15th birthday, so 15 dragons were "released". Only new release was a Peach Floret from Jungle, the rest are hybrids or having to use funky tries to get the dragons.
That is a quote from TJ's post on the main news page.
Mia, thank you for pointing out that there are 9 Witch Mushroom variants so that I was able to figure out that there are two different black slouchy hats.
I have posted a message to Georgexu94 about the missing variant that was not listed on the Special Plants page, so that he can update the page.
really? Since they started late I was hoping they would they open late to compensate.
Edit - especially since my pots haven't opened up after four days.
Yes, a very big Thank You!
Yes, I really want these turned on so I can do a bunch of breeding.
Hi
Since the timing for these is supposed to be coming soon, could the drops and breeding for these be turned on? I am still missing some, and would like to try for them this year since we didn't have them last year.
This is taken from the Special Plants table:
“Available in the Wild Garden for a short time after Walpurga's Night (April 30th)
April 22th - May 1st 2012: Available in the Wild Garden and breedable”
Please please please
yes, I am interested in some of the bunnies.
I do like the pussy willow trees that were gifted for people who gave plants on V-day. Unfortunately I managed to miss doing that, so I do not have one. It annoys me because they look beautiful.
