I thought the delay was fun.
Now I'm curious how the rumex will turn out! Maybe even variants (like green and purple)? Actually, I'm a huge fan of sorrel soup and salad, so I'll have a little patch in my garden now.

Well, I thought it was a joke and just went along with it - there were so many of them today, in all kinds of communities (saw some really funny ones). And yes, I also went looking for those invisible violets (with and without glasses), just to be on the safe side.
Maybe they will make it up to us and release a really nice new plant later.

I could see how she spoilt your lineage, but I thought she was very pretty.
So there are no clues how Nebulas will turn out, it's completely random? -
Mia, I know about the leetle trees changing to broccoli, that's why I said Mimmu was on the right track.
I'm sure there are some invisible violets out there, somewhere. You just need the right kind of glasses to spot them. -
I think Mimmu is on the right track (pity we don't have Broccoli here :)).

It's a bit hard to spot because it's a Viola odorata invisibilis. Gotta love that delicate hue.

Interesting new plant.

Gosh, I'm overwhelmed by your generosity, thank you so much!
My charges are all doing fine so far, and aren't those baby dragons terminally cute!?! -
Thanks, Idril! Shimmers and Tinsels will be out of reach for quite a while, I guess, but my vanilla hatchlings should do fine, then.
Thank you guys ('n' gals) for your help! -
Ok, so my first batch of eggs is ready to hatch (in a couple of hours). So far, no problems, despite early multi-hatchery exposure (but that was done out of ignorance, probably won't risk it again). My question is if hatchlings are equally delicate (concerning views) during their first day. Or is it ok to put them in 1 or 2 low-volume nurseries right away?

Wouldn't that be cool - a special April's Fool seed, maybe one that doesn't grow up and just sits and sits in its pot.
OTOH, *three* special event plants plus EE hunt in a single month seems a bit much... -
As I understood it, it's going to be a regular new plant, available all year. Special event/seasonal stuff for April are Easter eggs and witch mushrooms.

@Exterminans: That quote belongs to Shelybear. But I had the same problem at EATW, no progress in the current cycle, no matter how long I stared at that refreshing window. I had been wondering if it was some kind of early April's fool joke.
Edit: Yep, it's fixed!idril: Will try AP next time! But I don't know how to incubate, is that the method Mia described?

Thank you for the warm welcome and your advice! At first, I thought I really had to collect all those views via forum posts and was worried if that would net 1000 views or more if necessary. Then I discovered the hatcheries which sped up the process considerably. I also liked EATW best, but used two others as well, so if you say EATW doesn't give views to fresh eggs, then then the other two must have created all that traffic, wow. Now I've removed my eggs from any nurseries and will put them back later as you suggested.

It took about 2 hours to find the relevant information (i.e. how many views are considered healthy). By that time, the eggs had already collected 100 views each, whew!, that was fast. Do you think it's safe to unveil them again tomorrow? But I don't want to clutter this thread with newbie questions, so no worries, I'm willing to experiment, even if I lose some eggs in the process.
BTW, I had seen one of the new releases in the cave
Display Spoiler
("This egg is patterned with an orange flare.")
, but didn't realise it was something special, so I picked another egg. Oh well.

Clueless, but learning fast. Thank you for caring!

Thank you, Idril! I had just discovered the wiki and the forum. This looks like fun.

Just wanted to say that this thread made me so curious about the game that I joined Dragon Cave. I wouldn't recognise any new variants or other special stuff yet, but I trust I'll get the hang of it sooner or later.
And I've finally figured out how to edit my signature.

Thanks for the info, Tru. Wow, this sounds exciting! I knew about the bunnies, but hadn't heard of the special egg hunt. Many thanks to the creators for coming up with so many great ideas!

Thanks for the info! Since this is my first Easter season here, may I ask what the difference is between collecting and breeding Easter eggs (starting April 11) and the Easter egg hunt (starting April 18)? Are there different Easter eggs on April 18?
