Things have actually just recently become very similar. Most places had their own Yule traditions, which were eventually overlayed by christianity. Back then, there wasn't much communication between the areas of the world (at least not among peasantry), so Christams was basically Yule with christian elements added. These days we have all this mass media and with aerican christmas movies being so widespread, many emulate what they see there (at least here in easter Europe). So things have definitely become more homogenous. Some old traditions do survive though. So a christmas in different countries will still be different.

I was thinking, if we do a secret santa at dragcave, maybe postpone it to new years. I'd imagine everyone would want to concentrate on holiday eggs during, well, holidays, so an activity like this one might be inconvenient.

Speaking of holiday breeding, I need some help. I want to make some nice checkers with the dragons I caught last year. But the thing is, the mates I need for them have to be 2nd gen and I don't have any cb holidays except for the Solstices, so I can't make them myself. So maybe you guys could help me out?

I'm going to echo Dustpuppy here - how do you choose which plant would be next? There are currently six different ways to sort your plants and each would put your plants into a different order.

@dustpuppy - Halloween Pumpkins can't breed with each other, you need a regular Pumpkin for that.

I took it Mimmu. I've been spending ages trying to get one that isn't related to mine.

Aren't the old versions of Pumpkin Lanterns breed only?

I am stuck in the Graveyard adventure. I can choose to climb over logs or walk around them, but both choices lead me back to the same place.

Also, I too can breed old halloweens. Though only cb's I have are Graves, so those are the only ones I can offer 2nd gens of. The others are all clean lineages though.

If anyone can make checkers with your halloweens (doesn't matter which dragons you use), I'd love to trade them off you.

I'll have to keep a close eye on my babies then.

Has anyone unlocked anything yet? Is there anything interesting there? I'm honestly not interested at all in this, so I don't really care to go out of my way to start unlocking things.

It should be a week before actual Halloween, so 25th sounds about right. I think it was 25th last year.
