I don't understand how this has come about. It's usually so fair with everyone having the same chance.
I took this at the first opportunity on the 23rd, which some may not have been able to do, picked up all snails and it sprouted on the 27th. It grew up on May 1st - too late for sacrifice so if it had been my first ever mushroom I'd have missed out.
Either I did something wrong, which is possible - Aztekior had sprouts on the 26th I think - or there has been a mistake in the working out of times.

But some people weren't playing last year and wouldn't know.
I was, for the first time, so I didn't know it was regular practice, and it's a game, things could easily change from year to year just to add some mystery.

I abandoned two in order to breed but it wouldn't let me abandon a third. I suppose yesterday's still counts.

Oh, I took mostly from the wild garden. There is a new one but I haven't seen one yet.

No, My Garden is still forbidden.

I can get into the wild garden and my compendium, but i get 403 - Forbidden when I try to go into my garden.
If I paste in http://flowergame.net/greenhouse/2948 I get File not found

I got into my greenhouse by clicking a seed in the wild garden.

Hmmm... was it a mushroom last year as well? Somehow that's completely slipped my mind... But it does indeed seem a little odd, taking newcomers into consideration.

Perhaps it only works for seeds and maybe sprouts that are returned to the wild garden. Full grown plants will be different.

I got the 'Hey, Not cheating' message too ZaphodBeeblebox, but I don't have an empty pot so thought I would get the 'too many seeds' message.
