Yes I think it would be very practical if we got a little announcement saying that the Jack-o-Lantern breeding season has begun. I would be very disappointed to breed all my pumpkins at 00:01, get only regular pumpkin seeds and be left with all my breeding stock on cooldown

Hello! I'm not sure if it's only me, and if the change was intended or not, but advertisements are now displayed in the very middle of "My Greenhouse" page.
They are right below the text: "A small path leads back to the center of my Garden. A little pixie invites you to follow him." and above the plant list, cutting the page in half.

I think the only way so far is to know your friend's password and to play minigames for her/him. The Terms do allow 'garden sitting' for a short period of time.

The English version is a bit vague, but German one is clear enough.
However, I hope there will be some way to water friends' flowers without actually logging in to their accounts. Or maybe there is such a possibility already, and we simply don't know?

Fungi aren't plants, no, but they are attractive visually in many cases and are cultivated in gardens by many people. That's why I suggested them. Not all species can be grown as cultivars in real life but hey, that's what games are for... XD
